Hafa Adai from Guam;
economics not much better but military build-up makes people think
theres something better; also talk in the northern islands of waiving
Russian and Chinese visas for visits; but, always lots of talk.
as far as all else here - balmy and calm weather; they've just
restricted fishing rights here, but people are working with it.
