dear Buddy,

I looked at the site today and I will be taking the info to my chapter
meeting this next weekend.
Our board of directors was asking if we could find a way to set up something
for Board meetings without having to use 3-way calling, that is allot more
clumbcy.
It looks good so far.
It offers both a flat rate or a lower cost 6 cents per minute, per caller
billed to the host account.
It also has "blast" features for sending out a group message or
announcements and we can also record the meetings free for minutes keeping.
There is also a voice mail box feature that can be set up and used to
provide around the clock contact for people seeking information about the
chapter and its doings.
I am going to write a grant to do this so there will not be a cost to the
chapter.
We are also looking to cover the cost of setting up our own chapter web site
and pay for its upkeep and keep it maintained.
I want to also put a line item in the grant to let us pay the way for at
least one member to go to our national convention next year and cover van
rentals for taking our members to state convention too.
We will see how it works out.

David Evans, NFBF
