That's typical of Rush Limbaugh's style. He deliberately paints with a
broad brush. He would have you believe that there is little difference
between the NFB and the Black Panthers. He doesn't come right out and say
that because it would look bad. Instead he seamlessly goes from talking
about one to talking about the other as if they're essentially the same.
And many listeners don't notice.

This is one of the rhetorical techniques Rush Limbaugh has been using for
years. The only reason he gets away with stuff like that is that there is no
one to call him on it. If he actually allowed debate on his program, he'd
have to behave much differently or get his fanny kicked daily. If the NFB is
going to take on Rush Limbaugh, they have to be prepared for stuff like
that. If the NFB makes a fuss about his position on the Kindle, he is going
to keep comparing the NFB to the Black Panthers and in the minds of many
Americans, there will be little difference.

Another thing he'll doo is to read someone else's inflammatory, outrageous
comments about the NFB. It won't be him saying it. Its this other guy. If
the NFB is going to take on Rush Limbaugh, you have to count on things like
that and figure out what you're going to do about it. Honestly, I would not
like to see Dr. Maurer in a debate, even a fair one, with Rush Limbaugh.
