Yes, I own my own home. No mortgage or anythng. Assessed value,  
$250,000. This is a matter of public record. You can look it up if you  
can figure out the Register of Deeds web site for Dane County Wisconsin.

Last week I do a lot of my own repairs like replacing the garbage  
disposal, light fixtures, electrical outlets. I wired it for gigabyte  
ethernet myself too.
