Opera is a browser that has made its mission statement be about
accessibility to everyone. Unfortunately, while it does a lot of great
stuff such as being entirely navigable from the keyboard, it does not
work well with screen readers. I realize you might be very content
with your internet browser, but Opera being accessible to the blind
and low-vision communities means that all of us have more options. If
you have time and are interested, please send an email to
accessopera at opera.com
and tell them you are from the screen reader user community and that
you'd like to see Opera be accessible to us too. The effort also
requires effort from the screen reader companies, so it might help to
mention it to them as well. And also, remember, that a request or
suggestion is always best received in coonjunction with praise.
Smiles.
