Dear Fellow Federationists, I have some very sad news which I want to share with every one. Fred Flowers died on March 27, 2010, from a heart attack. There will be a memorial Service for him but, I don't know when it is. His body was given up for science. This is all that I know. Sincerely, Kenneth Chrane
