[nfb-talk] Penn State Discriminates Against Blind Students and Faculty

Well, shouldn't all Websites, (educational or otherwise,) remove that
special coding, so their sites can be accessible? I've noticed that
the E-mail contact forms for Websites can have security codes that the
Jaws program won't read. My church denomination's Website is one of
those. I'm still working on this. What we, (the Nfb,) need to do is
lobby for a law that will require all Websites to make their E-mail
contact forms, (and other site materials,) accessible for the blind.
