on NLS official cartriges, you can still see the braille. And you can get 
many cassettes still. Older books are not on digital cartrige yet.
For instance on the faith talk list, Paul mentioned two or three books only 
on cassette. Later on, once they convert all books to digital, cassettes 
won't be circulated, but I anticipate that taking several more years.
The books without braille labels are those your library downloaded for you; 
otherwise you have braille.
