I doubt that the FCC will move until after regulations implementing the 21st
Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act are adopted and only the
Almighty knows when *that* will happen.

Can someone please provide me with an address for the FCC, eithsnail or E.
Dish Network refuses to give me the NH PBS channel even tho I live in NH,
saying that the FCC requires them to give me the Maine outlet. Maine does
not carry DVS while NH does, and I want to get it as a reasonable
accomodation. 

I also plan to write a bitchy letter to my congress persons.
