Again, thanks everyone!

Gloria, you know what they say about political jokes—the problem is 
that they keep getting elected.  *grin*

I’ll get by, I usually do, and a couple of people have already 
offered to help out with the short term problem.  That actually 
raises a philosophical issue, but one I’ll have to write about 
another time.

The real solution, though, is for me to find work without losing my 
apartment in the process.  As I said, though, the jobs I’ve found 
open cannot be done while juggling radiation treatments because the 
duration and timing of these things is just too erratic for the kind 
of work I can find right now.

When this is all done, I should write a book or something.  Nothing 
as exciting as Michael’s story, but it has its moments.  *smile*
