[nfb-talk] Convention

The thing to do is get the stream working or not do it at all.  It sounds 
like we are getting it down.  Things will work better next time.  Streaming 
probably will benefit more than those who are already members as well.  And 
as much as we may wish to do so, it is impossible for all who want to attend 
to do so.
