I think the worst one I've seen so far was a 95 year old woman in a
wheelchair who was wearing a "depend", and was patted down by security.  The
daughter was told there was something hard in the diaper and that she would
not be allowed to get on the plane until they took it off.  The daughter
said she needed to be changed but she didn't have the replacement diaper
with her as it was in the baggage, so they were grounded.
I can imagine the lineup of people rolling their eyes at that one.  Now I am
reminded that the old woman might actually be alert and able to comment, but
that wasn't mentioned in the story.

This story isn't exclusive to the blind. For months now, people have been
complaining of the invasive treatment by TSA officials at airport security
screening checkpoints. Just today, I read an article that a six-year-old was
patted down repeatedly. If you want to make a complaint, do it as an
ordinary citizen, but don't make it a blindness issue.
