[nfb-talk] Braille Monitor

I actually think adding the Braille Forum to NFB-NEWSLINE would be 
useful and potentially enlightening to our membership.  That the ACB 
is supporting the Rehab Act re-auth including section 511 speaks 
volumes to me, at least.
