Chika Oguledo is a member of the Sligo Creek Chapter of the NFB of Maryland.
He will get on a service like Facebook or LinkedIn and accept the service's
offer to send a friend request or join request to everyone in his web-based
address book.  So this is definitely a form of spam, but not intended to be
malicious.  We have talked with him about this, but he doesn't always
remember.
