[nfb-talk] Senior Thesis Design Survey

Hi all,

While I think I share the concerns everyone has about this individuals
project ideas, perhaps we might wish to see if we can encourage her to put
her energy toward projects we actually are interested in, or even just in
training her about blindness. She's expressed the desire to hear from blind
people themselves, and not just her sighted advisors -- this is a positive
thing, I believe, so why not take advantage of it? It's when they design
things without even bothering to ask is when outrage is deserved.

Just a thought,
Briam Miller
