I have to agree with Mike as *we* refers to us as a cohesive group of
individuals and *they* is everyone else.  We, the NFB set this up, not
anyone else...Mike your point is well-made.

But streaming doesn't happen unless we of NFB set it up so I say "we" is
more appropriate as NFB is your and my organization.
