well as some of you know I have been having issues with the southwest website, I called their customer relations department explained the issue and after consulting with their advocacy   specialist I was politely  informed that they didn't have to comply with accessibility.  i explained that they had but the website has changed she said she would pass it along to the advocacy department interesting.
