Joshua:

You forwarded the message from a small state list with 20 or 30 
members, to a national list with hundreds of members.  You have given 
him a bigger soap box, and blown the whole thing up.  The guy raises 
some important issues, and the solution isn't to give him a soap box, 
or to attack him.
