[nfb-talk] Rules???

There are not "formal" rules.  I have resisted writing them, because 
people regard them as a line in the sand, and then proceed to step 
over them.  We have general guidelines -- no personal attacks, and 
posts should be blindness-oriented/related.  That is about it.  It 
has mostly worked for over 20 years now.
