yes the experation date is on the card all the information you need to 
know is on the card.
They really do a nice job.
I don't know who does it.
This is with wells fargo the bank.
I don't know who is there who knows Braille, or if they send it out.
My friend said she didn't get the Braille card the next time she 
renewed her card.
