If you're like me who always wants to quickly research an unfamiliar name or
definition on a document or email on Wikipedia or Wictionary using the JAWS
research it built-in function, don't do it this time. (Grin!) Bob Watson is
the guy overseeing the NFB newsline team and I think he is the department
head.
