Dear everyone,
 
Please read this article put out by the NFB just today. It is concerning
Braille instruction for a blind kid. and if you can read it on a Braille
display, it will be better. (smile!) the link is:

I hope that similar rulings will be worked out in many other states and in
this country as a whole.
