Thanks for your comment.  There is a Kindle app for the iPhone.  While I do
not have a say where the book is sold since it was published by a main
stream publisher I will say it would be tempting to raise a fuss given
Amazon's track record in general.  However, they do seem to be moving in the
right direction since the iPhone Kindle app is usable.

Also, "Thunder Dog", in my opinion, is indeed helping to change what it
means to be blind.
