Most states have some type of assistive technology loan program.  Check out
this link, it should help you find the program in your state.

It is pretty simple, really. The NFB Board of Directors decided that, given
the current financial crunch, we could not afford to continue the loan
program. If we all raise more funds for the organization, perhaps we could
bring the program back.
