I happen to agree with you, Josh, but that's a matter of general political discussion and probably should be discussed off-list. However, you raise a good point. Because of Section 14(c) of the FLSA, people with disabilities who work in these shops aren't even benefiting from the current minimum wage. Until this part of the law is repealed and the Fair Wages bill passed, no increase in the minimum wate will solve that problem.
