[nfb-talk] Inquiring about a book

Hi Jim,

I sent an email to the National Office on your question about Jim Omveg's book "Freedom for the Blind". No one there is aware that it has been translated into Spanish. So, unless or until I hear otherwise, I'd assume it has not been put in Spanish.

Hope this helps.

Subject: [nfb-talk] Inquiring about a book

Good morning,

I'm not sure to whom this should be directed, so I figured I'd throw it out there for anyone to answer.

I'm looking to see if anyone knows whether Jim Omvig's book "Freedom For The Blind" has been translated into Spanish.

I'm going to have a group of students attempt to read it in January, but we have someone coming in with very limited English, and if the book is not in Spanish, I doubt she'll be able to fully read or participate in any discussions.

Anyway, just figured I'd ask.

Thanks.

Jim Portillo
