Greeting Fellow Federationists:
On Wednesday June 17, 2015, Rick Kelly suffered a heart attack and a stroke.
He is in a Coma, and doctors want to keep the swelling in his brain 
down, to prevent any brain damage.
He lives in Houston, Texas with his Wife Sandy.

He has a sister Vicky who lives somewhere in Colorado.
He was once active in the Colorado State Chapter of The National 
Federation of the Blind, and attended many national Conventions in the 
1970's and the 1980's.
Let us keep Rick in our prayers.
