[nfb-talk] [NFB-talk] Fwd: {Single Payer} Disabled protesters dragged from McConnell's office! So where our blind organizations?

Good Morning again List,
I do not think that sarcasm will get us anywhere. Both sides have good and
bad points. It is true that we cannot spend money we do not have. Some
republicans want to leave the pre existing conditions alone. Let us
encourage them instead of condemning everything Republicans do.

By the way, I have some Libertarian views.

Marianne

Nice going, Loren, you're really making a great case -- for the liberals.
It reminds me of something though. I've been talking about Senator Ron
Johnson ofWisconsin. He has a daughter, who as an infant, had a heart
condition that cost a fortune to fix. Somehow, in Senator Johnson's mind,
that's a reason to get rid of the rule requiring providers to accept people
with pre-existing conditions. So this rich guy, who married into his money
btw, has his daughter get this fabulous treatment and says to himself,
"Yeah, I'm going to dedicate the rest of my life to making sure health care
providers don't have to cover pre-existing conditions." This is not an
exaggeration. His reasoning is a little difficult to follow so I'm just
going to provide a link to an article where he explains it:

I don't know about the rest of you but it seems to me that Ron Johnson ought
to be saying, "There but for the grace of God go I" instead of trying to
take health care away from millions of other Americans.
