[nfb-talk] [acb-chat] SNAP WILL HAVE DRASTIC CUTS ACCROSS THE BOARD nation wide

So…the fact that it came from the ACB negates the fact that the mentioned cuts could have a very significant impact on many, many blind people who rely on the services being so cut?
