[NFB-Talk] forehead thermometers?

Hi everybody. 
My husband is an essential worker going on-sight to work everyday. 
He wants a forehead thermometer ideally one that talks. 
He says ILA and Amazon don’t seem to sell any almost like they don’t exist while including the speech capability. 
Is this correct? If so, why?
