This sometimes happens and seems to be dependent upon the email program used, settings on the list, and maybe even personal settings.  This note came through fine for me, so it will be interesting to see if others can read it.  Your message last night to Blind Talk about attending convention without registering came through to me fine as well, the "Yes, read your agenda" message.  Your earlier message to NFB-Talk regarding "Introduction" though, only had the underline for me.  Can you think of anything you did differently when sending the note below and the one that you send about "Introduction" around 7:45 PM last night central time?
