I know exactly which watch you are talking about.  Our office sells those, 
although I never had to trouble-shoot one.  I believe it has to go into a 
southwest exposure in order to reset.

I know of someone who can help you with this watch, and she works in our 
Boise office.

Hello everyone.  I am wondering if any of you have the talking atomic watch 
from Independence Market.  When the time changes twice a year, if you put it 
in certain windows, it is supposed to reset itself.  Mine did not do that 
today.  I have since been trying to reset it manually, and there is a way to 
do it, but I’m just not getting anywhere.  Other people have tried to help 
me and can’t figure it out either.  To give you more information, this is a 
watch with two recessed buttons on one side and two unrecessed buttons on 
the other side.  Any help in this area would be greatly appreciated.  Thank 
you in advance.
