Tanner and all,

One of the cool ways in which another chapter of which I'm a part
realizes this goal is something called the Caring Fund. The treasurer
sets apart a fund within the chapter's treasury, and when someone is in
need, they contact the president, the treasurer or one of the board
members who will then facilitate some of that money to the person. It's
really cool, and it's a good way of putting this sort of New year's
goal, as I call it, into practice.

Thanks,

Ben
