This is the agenda for the Phoenix chapter board meeting on Thursday evening at 5 o’clock. Below will be the link for the meeting as well. 
Call the meeting to order.  
Pledge of Allegiance and national Federation of the blind pledge Plus the one minute message

Prayer  

Read the minutes of the previous board meeting held in May

Update on excepting funds through Zell or other means
Quick update on progress from membership

Quick update on possible fundraiser for me the blind month.

Reflection from board members on what we can take from national convention and put it to good use with the chapter.

Possible use of zoom throughout the week for philosophy and programs for chapter members and beyond. Either talk about giving our own account, working with the east and west valley and sharing the account and expense, or soon if Donald could let us use zoom for these seminars and events

some training for the board to use the Zoom back office such as running the meeting as an administrator and most importantly screen sharing.
