NFBA. East Valley Chapter Meeting announcement January 17, 2026



Greetings East Valley Chapter members and friends,



Welcome to the new year. We will be holding our East Valley in person
chapter meeting this Saturday, January 17, 2026 from 12:30pm to 3:00 pm.



Special reminders:



·       if you wish to arrive early to socialize the meeting room door
opens at 12 pm.

·       There will be no coffee provided.

·       This is an election meeting for our chapter.

·       It is very important that we all come in-person and also spread the
word of our meeting for those you know who are not on email so that we can
have a quorum.

·       I will be collecting dues paid only in cash or by check at the
start of the meeting.

·       All dues must be current in order to vote in this election.

·       According to our current Constitution you must attend in-person in
order to vote or run for office.

We will conduct general business, hold elections, discuss the upcoming
Phoenix Seminar, have a philosophy discussion, and more.



I strongly encourage you to attend our chapter meetings in person. When you
do so it gives us a greater connection to one another. However, if you are
unable to attend in person I also strongly encourage you to attend
utilizing our zoom option. We have chapter members who put forth efforts in
order to provide the best zoom experience possible so please show them they
are appreciated by attending on zoom.





The East Valley Chapter meeting will be held at the Pyle Adult Recreation
Center located at:



655 East Southern Avenue in Tempe, 85282



The meeting room will open at approximately 12 PM. Check in with the front
desk to get our room assignment.
