[Nfbc-info] Get well Diane

Hello everyone,
Dianne is a dear friend of mine, one of the people who helped guide me into
the federation. When I first read about this, my deep concern for her
well-being and rage at the person who did this were compounded by a sense of
helplessness, that there was nothing I could do.
Brian and Chuck, I'd like to thank you for your posts, your call to
action. Now I ask all of you for guidance. What processes can we follow to
make sure that whoever did this to Dianne gets punished to the fullest
extent of the law?
With deepest concern
Angela

There are provisions for enhancements in prosecution and sentencing when a
crtime victim is disabled in California. We need to make sure that the
Sacramento DA's office charges the perpetrator to the fullest degree.
