Call for nominations.
Every year, or when appropriate, the National Federation of the Blind 
presents a worthy Teacher of Blind Children with an award which recognizes 
their dedication to the field of education.  We seek recommendations from 
all over the country.
Please contact me if you know of a Teacher of the Visually Impaired who has 
shown exemplary dedication to Literacy for blind children.
