Actually, from working in this field professionally it would be a major 
reach to consider an internet posting an endorsement of an organization 
especially since this is an open list. Even if an officer of an organization 
were to endorse a candidate it would still be different than the 
organization endorsing a candidate. The issue of an officer doing so would 
become apparent if it were inferred that the officer was doing it in their 
official capacity and saying they were speaking for the organization.
