Hello All:
This year, we hope to have made the decisions about who will be representing 
California at the Washington Seminar before the state convention.  If you 
are considering applying, I would recommend that you get your application in 
now and think later.

This is an opportunity to speak directly to the lawmakers and tell them 
about the needs of blind citizens in their districts.
