[Nfbc-info] Sample Proclamations for White Cane Day on October 15

Hello All:
Please find attached a sample of a proclamation.  This proclamation can be 
e-mailed to your city clerk to have the city council adopted and pass the 
proclamation and possibly resolution declaring October 15 in your fiar city.

This is rather late notice so will want to call the city offices Monday 
morning and ask to whom it should be e-mailed.  The clerk will fill in the 
blanks and the city council will vote to adopt it.  You maybe asked to 
appear at a city council meeting to thank them for proclaiming October 15 
White CAne Day in your town.

Please bring all proclamations to the convention for display.
