[Nfbc-info] Restricting affiliate list to blindness topics

Hello All:

For sometime now, I have received complaints from affiliate listers about
the repeated use of our closed list for personal announcements and off topic
messages.  I am writing this message to respectfully ask that anyone who is
trying to update a mass number of people with personal information to please
stop using our National Federation of the Blind of California-info list for
this purpose.  It is annoying to those who only wish to see blindness
related messages.
