[Nfbc-info] Buses to state convention?

This is great news. I will need more than just a hope and a prayer for
numbers on the bus though. Do you know who will be attending?

The National Federation of the blind knows that blindness is not the
characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the
expectations of blind people because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams.
You can live the life you want; blindness is not what holds you back.

Hello Mary and all others,

Just an update our chapter has roughly $500 in its account. Our board
members will be addressing the idea of fundraising at her upcoming board
meeting. The long-term goal here in Southern California is to be able to
load up a bunch of buses to go to state conventions. Thank you for your
enthusiasm and your support!

From,
Lisa Irving
