[Nfbc-info] iPhone Siri is flaking

I confirm that I was also having this same problem with SIRI not opening
apps.  I assume it is a temporary glitch on the SIRI server.  I'd report it
to Apple's tech support in case they are not already aware.

Hello,
Try powering off your phone and restarting it.  Not sure if that will solve
your problems however, I was having issues the other day and it seemed to
help.
