Restrictions vary by school.  The more offensive restrictions include
prohibiting travel beyond two blocks of the school building, prohibiting
transit on public transportation, limitation on instruction outside of
normal school hours, etc.

Happy New Year everyone!

Curious. How are blind students restricted in environments for mobility
instruction? I had cane mobility as an adult in MA in the early 1970s. I
have no idea of how it is for kids today. Thanks.
