As of now, yes. However, if you know someone that is attending Washington seminar, I can give them your order when I find them or they can find me, and that person can reimburse you. Another idea is the square cash app. Once I get that set up and organized, you can get the app for free on the App Store and square cash your purchase to me and I would be more than happy to send you your order.
