Mark your calendars for January 27^th and enjoy an evening of free
entertainment at the second annual Sacramento Superfest Disability
Film Festival! Held this year as a 100% online event, the festival
returns with an all new lineup of films
(http://saclibrary.org/superfest) , shorts, animations, documentaries,
and a mockumentary that portray disabilities in a diverse and engaging
way. After the screenings, join a group discussion with hosts and
attendees.

The Superfest International Disability Film Festival originally began
as a small film festival in Los Angeles in 1970 and has since grown
into an international cinema event. Superfest brings together disabled
filmmakers, actors, creators, and visionaries to share their stories
with the world, featuring diverse films developed by, and starring,
people with disabilities. The films are selected by people with
disabilities or disability interests from community organizers and
stakeholders, disability studies scholars, and film aficionados.
Superfest is completely inclusive and accessible to all attendees
through captioning and audio description. For more information about
the history and films of the Superfest International Disability Film
Festival, visit: superfestfilm.com
