Hi Shannon,

Hope you are doing well.

I've been locked out of my email all week, by trying to reset my password.
I'm in now and  just got a chance to view my emails. I did want to respond
to this email. I thought it was just me not doing things right. I'm not
able to get my W-2 to download.  Has anyone else responded to having
trouble? Please let me know.
