Have you downloaded the latest PC Suite from www.nokiausa.com ?
This is at least a little better than the version that shipped with the 
6682.
You can also get it from www.blindsea.com, which will have the accessible 
version.
I think it is backward compatible with the phone. You can also use it to 
update to the latest firmware for that phone.
