Most likely the problem there is a setting in your computer's BIOS.
You've got to set the boot sequence so that your USB drive isn't there,
or at least so it appears later in the sequence than your hard drive.
The steps to do that depend heavily on the exact BIOS your machine has,
so I can't tell you precisely how to do it. But that's what you have to do.
