[nfbcs] Can't login to laptop

Have you tried calling HP? Have you tried not entering anything for a password

Hello all,

While working on a laptop using a demo version of jaws. There is just the administrator's account on the laptop. I changed the from the welcome screen to the screen where you are asked to enter your name and password.  When I restarted the computer and entered administrator as the login name, there is no password set, I get a message that says "the system cannot log you in because of an account restriction"
As I said, I had not yet set up any other user accounts and the guest account is not activated. Can anyone help me to get in to the computer?
The laptop is a Hp running xp home service pack2 _______________________________________________
